BMLT

The Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) is an undergraduate program designed to train students in advanced laboratory techniques and diagnostic procedures.

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) in Science, preferably with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
• Minimum age: 17 years (may vary by institute).

• The BMLT program typically runs for 3–4 years, including theoretical coursework, practical laboratory training, and internships.

After completing BMLT, graduates can work in:

• Hospitals and Diagnostic Laboratories – performing advanced tests and analyzing patient samples

• Blood Banks – managing collection, testing, and storage of blood
